Eat your own dog food!

OK not literally. but sometimes you need to stop and reflect on what you tell other people to do when they come to you for advice and take your own advice! Some days I just don’t want to work out. there. i said it. 99% of the time i really truly do (and i wasn’t always like that!) but some days i’m just not in the mood. but then i feel sluggish and lazy. and not as good about life. so when someone tells me they’re tired all the time or sluggish or just not in a good mood I like to ask if they work out in the morning because seriously that just sets up your day so nicely! But the other day i was one of those people. i was sore and exhausted from moving all weekend and just didn’t want to get out of bed. i really just wanted to go to starbucks and get a latte. BUT i didn’t. I did some PiYo and not only did I feel more energized but I felt so much happier. My stress level went down and I was just a nicer person for the rest of the day. does that mean every time i work out i’m nice? nope. does that mean every time I work out I’m happy? nope. but most of the time, at least right after i work out, I’m in a WAY better mood! and isn’t that worth it? Isn’t that worth taking 30 minutes out of your day? to be better for the people around you? for me it totally is!! If you aren’t sure where to start let me know!! I’d love to help you find something that works with your schedule that you’ll fall in love with! Just fill out this form & I’ll get back to you!
