21 day fix extreme day 2: the food

Breakfast: shakeology + frozen berries + cinnamon + cardamom + vanilla

Snack: yogurt, blackberries, and granola

Lunch: 2 slices Ezekiel toast, tempeh and pinto bean sausage, tofu egg, arugula, and nacho “cheese” made from pumpkin

Snack: air popped popcorn + 1 tsp oil

Snack 2: nice cream! 2 frozen bananas + 2 tsp peanut butter + vega chocolate protein powder

Dinner: brown rice, mac & cheese, kale, tofu

Snack: rice dream cookie sandwich. Yeah… Way off track! 

I did an hour of yoga by the bay tonight after going for a nice run so I was pretty starving when I got home- and I didn’t get home til 9:30 at night!
