Mini breakfast pizzas

I love pizza. I want pizza 3 meals a day. And with protective diet pizzas I can make that happen and not worry about gaining weight or not getting in healthy nutrients! It’s all about the toppings! These are:

PD Pizza Crust

PD Fresco Pizza Sauce

Tofu Scramble (see below)

Tempeh bacon bites (see below)

PD not-yo-cheeze sauce

 

 

Tofu Scramble:

1 Block Extra Firm Tofu, Drained & Pressed
1 t Kala Namak (black salt) (if you don’t have this it’s OK… but i totally recommend getting it- it makes tofu taste “eggy”)
1 t Turmeric
1/2 t Black Pepper (whenever you use turmeric you should use black pepper)
1 T Flavor God Everything Seasoning- if you don’t have flavor god seasoning, use your own blend. here’s what’s in FlavorGod: Screen Shot 2016-04-03 at 8.39.21 AM

Sautee tofu in a warm pan with all ingredients. Toss in any veggies you want to add- I added spinach. Sauté about 5 minutes until heated through and all spices are well mixed into the tofu

 

Tempeh Bacon Bites:
1 Package Tempeh
1/4 C Tamari
1 t Liquid Smoke

Combine tamari and liquid smoke in a shallow bowl. Chop tempeh into bite sized pieces. Soak tempeh in the tamari mixture until ready to use (the longer the better!). Sauté tempeh in a frying pan 5-7 minutes until it gets a little crispy.
