PiYo: day 9 (Tuesday) – Define: Lower Body

is it just me or have i done this workout a lot already? it’s a great one, don’t get me wrong, but dude. it’s only 20 minutes. and it’s not like T25 where you’re killing it for 25 minutes! it’s hard for me to trust that i’m getting a kickass workout in when it’s so short but i’m having faith in the system! it’s gonna work!

As far as food goes, i have no idea what’s going on with me lately. i’m always hungry! and i am craving such junk! today i had to plan a work lunch of chinese food so i started craving chinese food. but no restaurants opened til 11 so i ate a nature’s valley peanut butter granola bar. then got the chinese food which was tangerine “chicken” and garlic broccoli and tofu. and it wasn’t even that good and i was totally unsatisfied. so i had some ice cream. and then my sister made me a grilled cheese sandwich for dinner. and then i had more ice cream. and popcorn. ug! just one of those days but seriously didn’t feel good at the end of the day when i was journaling about my food choices. better luck tomorrow!

breakfast: skipped
snack: nature’s valley PB granola bar (CHEAT)
lunch: tangerine “chicken” + broccoli & tofu + brown rice (CHEAT)
snack: ice cream (CHEAT)
dinner: grilled cheese w/carmelized onions (2 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange, 1/2 green)
snack: popcorn (1 yellow)
snack: ice cream (CHEAT)

that whole 4 cheat meals a week thing all happened in a day. time to clean things up the rest of the week!
