5 Minutes of Burpees: 6 Variations

So this morning I wasn’t in the mood to work out really. I wanted to work out but didn’t really know what i wanted to do. Cize wasn’t really doing it for me… it was dreary outside and didn’t feel like running. So i figured i’d lift weights. So i jumped on BOD and browsed until I found a warrior arms workout from tony horton that was awesome!! bis and tris and nice and short. but awesome. and then to get in some cardio i decided to do tony’s other featured video of burpees. ohmygosh it was so hard! but it was awesome! Such an awesome 5 minute workout! If you don’t have a lot of time but want to get in some seriously hard burped work try this crazy workout!
