Max:30 Day 2

So truth time. I didn’t do my max:30 this morning. I know… day 2 and i’m already off the wagon! BUT i will make it up. tomorrow i’ll do today’s workout etc and since Saturday is an off day for max:30 i’ll do friday’s on saturday and then use sunday as a rest day and i’ll be all caught up.

I woke up and had a pounding headache and was super sleepy even though i got a full 8 hours of sleep so i decided that since i had a 90 minute ballet class planned in the evening it would be OK to skip the AM workout. Not a decision i’m proud of but you know what? It’s ok. it happens. And doesn’t mean i should forget the whole plan or give up… just adjust my schedule!

Food-wise doing goodish. Started the day with a mocha. i know… seriously off the wagon! But it was a skinny soy peppermint mocha so there’s worse things, right? Right!


breakfast: shakeology, 1/2 banana, 1 tsp pb (1 red, 1 purple, 1 silver)
snack: soy skinny peppermint mocha (not even allowed)
lunch: brown rice + tofu scramble of tofu + spinach + mushrooms (1 yellow, 2 red, 1 green)
snack: edamame (1 green)
dinner: hummus + grilled pita & grilled broccoli (1 blue, 2 yellows, 1 green- yep… went over on my yellows but it was the best i could do at the bar i was at!)


And on that note, here’s to a better day tomorrow!!
