Max:30 Day 8

KICKASS! i definitely am feeling better than i did last week and my body knows it. i was able to improve on my max out time this week! After just ONE week of doing this consistently and not even that was perfect. i love how quickly your body gets used to fitness. makes me happy! So that was awesome. Felt so good to write down my new time. and working out with a dog is definitely different! hahaha he’s so cute and fun but dude… there’s lots of jumping in this workout and i was scared i was going to land on him! luckily i didn’t kick him at all! he just kept wanting to bite my shoelaces or lick the sweat off my face. i know… gross. i also worked out in my bedroom, which i found out works out great for early AM workouts because my office where i normally work out is right next to my sister’s room and i don’t want to wake her up in the morning. Score! super pumped about that. glad to start the week strong food-wise too! loving my chowder and added a slice of toast to add a yellow. had a breakfast brownie, which is mostly pumpkin, as a snack so that’s a purple. and dinner was delicious bbq riblets and some sautéed veggies & potatoes. delicious day!!

Breakfast: Shakeo + 1/2 banana + cinnamon (1 red, 1 purple)
Snack: Breakfast Brownie (1 purple)
Lunch: New England Chowder + Tempeh Bacon + 1 slice of ezekiel toast (1 green, 1 red, 1 yellow)
Dinner: BBQ Tempeh Riblets + Veggies + Potatoes (1 red, 1 green, 1 yellow)
