Shaun Week Day 1: Insane Basics

Today’s workout was awesome and challenging!! Aren’t those the best?? The ones that make a half hour FLY by and also make you sweat buckets?? The moves were definitely familiar from insanity and t25 and I loved all the water breaks we got in the second half of the workout! I can’t wait to see what he has in store for us tomorrow!! Any other Shaun T fans out there??
