Who wants to get fit with me this holiday season?! Let’s avoid the typical holiday weight gain (even though we know we’ll be going to parties & eating out like cray cray) and keep each other accountable!!
Starting Monday, November 20 I’ll be kicking off 3 weeks of the 21 day fix: a fitness program that is, well, 21 days long and kicks your booty! and then when that’s done on December 11 I’ll be kicking off 3 weeks of 21 day fix extreme! I’m going to finish the year so strong!! And I need your help. I don’t want to do it alone. so please join me for the last six weeks of 2017! We will do the 21 day fix programs together (or do whatever workouts you want!) and we’ll swap healthy meal ideas & shake recipes to keep us focused on our goals!
