It was definitely a week of cooking in the hagio house!!

Snacks:

Mix oats, soy milk, 1 T chia seeds, and fresh berries and soak overnight. I use a yellow container of oats, then throw in the berries and fill with soy milk until everything is just covered. then add the chia seeds, shake it all up, and let it soak. So yummy and easy!
