Cruelty Free ThanksgiVEGAN menu!

Heyo!! SO… you want to have an awesome thanksgiving but don’t want to cause any animal death to enjoy it? you don’t have to suffer a life of sides! Growing up i was vegetarian so at family holiday parties i would have my own separate meals of sides… thanksgiving is the BOMB for sides though so really it wasn’t that bad. i’d have my own special stuffing my mom would make for me that wouldn’t come from a turkey and we somehow always had mac & cheese. maybe that was specially made for me? and of course being asian we always had rice. and corn. and green bean casserole. so there were loads of delicious options for me to enjoy! but now that the whole fam is vegan we go all out! Still all the staples: salad, mashed potatoes & gravy, stuffing, green bean casserole, corn, rice… but we add in some plant based main dishes like tofurkey or field roast celebration roasts. we have even done a native foods native wellington. or you could make your own holiday loaf! here are a couple menu ideas for your plant based thanksgiving and below them is our menu of what we’re going to have next week. i am hosting my first thanksgiving and there are going to be 11 of us! yep… easing into this whole hosting thing! ha! i love it though and can’t wait!
