Vegan Keto Meals

I am having a tough time mixing up my meal ideas but that’s OK because, well, i like to stick to the same thing most of the time! I’ve mixed it up a little bit but nothing crazy! and i’m not even close to perfectly 70/20/10. but that’s a-okay!

(Macros are listed in fat/protein/carbs)

Day 1: 60/10/20, 2,366calories!!!!!
Seed bowl w/pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds, almond butter, and almond milk
Sauteed broccoli and tofu in coconut oil & added in miracle noodles, and coconut milk w/vegan chicken salts
Fat Bomb
Vanilla Bean Mug Cake
Spaghetti squash w/tofu & tempeh, in an avocado, basil, spinach cream sauce

Day 2: 61/15/17 + 5% alcohol 1,737 calories
Seed bowl w/pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds, almond butter, and almond milk
Miracle noodles w/a sauce made from almond butter, coconut milk, tamari, ginger, and garlic w/tempeh sauteed in coconut oil
Fat Bomb
Panang curry with (ug) 1/4C rice
Vodka soda

Day 3:
Seed bowl w/pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds, almond butter, and coyo chocolate coconut yogurt
Beyond burger w/miracle noodles & spinach in a nutritional yeast + almond milk sauce
Fat Bomb
Miracle noodles w/bitchin’ sauce
Tofu, spinach, and mushrooms cooked in coconut oil

Day 4:
Rocket fuel coffee
Miracle noodles w/tofu, spinach, & broccoli in the creamy avocado, spinach, basil sauce
Seed bowl w/pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds, almond butter, and kite hill almond milk yogurt

…. and then sushi hahahaha it’s not about being perfect!!
